As climate risks intensify across cities worldwide, tools that translate data into action have never been more urgent. Join us during NYC Climate Week 2025 for an exclusive look at ClimateIQ, a next-generation, AI-powered climate risk tool designed to help city planners, NGOs and communities model, visualize, and respond to urban hazards.
In this interactive session, hear directly from partners and developers behind ClimateIQ as they share insights into flood and heat modeling breakthroughs, early machine learning results, and our interactive dashboard and data access portal. We’ll also preview plans for our US release of our FloodML tool, while discussing plans to scale globally—starting with new collaborations in India and Africa. To learn more visit climateiq.org.
This event will be hosted online via Zoom, and recorded for those who cannot attend.
This event is organized by the Urban Systems Lab at New York University in the Department of Environmental Studies. The ClimateIQ team includes collaborators at George Mason University, Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, and the Beijer Institute. Support provided by Google.org, and Climate Change AI.
